Your sailing adventure starts and finishes at Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach, Queensland. Meet at Meeting Point C, under the large umbrellas beside the marina village buildings. The scheduled departure is 11:30 a.m., and the return is at 9:00 a.m. The nearest convenient airport options include Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine), around 40 minutes from Airlie Beach by bus or taxi, or Hamilton Island Airport, with onward transfers to the mainland. Please reconfirm your meeting details with the tour operator before departure.

Travelling solo? No worries! The tour offers a Share Singles option, making it a great way to meet fellow travellers while exploring the Whitsundays. Accommodation is in shared cabin-style bunks onboard, so you'll be sharing the experience with other guests.

Absolutely! This adventure welcomes guests of all ages and is ideal for anyone who loves sailing, island scenery and snorkelling. You'll have opportunities to explore Whitehaven Beach, visit Hill Inlet Lookout and discover vibrant reef life. Feeling adventurous? You can even help the crew hoist the sails or simply kick back and enjoy the views. Snorkelling locations and activities depend on weather and sea conditions.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The tour operator advises choosing cover that includes medical emergencies, ambulance cover, travel cancellations and interruptions, as well as damage to personal belongings.

Your spending money depends on your personal preferences. Alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water and extra snacks are not included, so remember to budget for these if you plan to bring them onboard. All alcohol and drinks must be purchased before boarding. The tour operator allows a maximum of 24 cans of beer, 4 litres of cask wine, or 1 litre of spirits per guest. Glass bottles are not permitted.

Pack light in a small, soft bag and bring your booking voucher, swimwear, light clothing, warmer layers during the cooler months (May–September), a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, a bath towel, a beach towel and insect repellent. If visiting during the hot summer months, consider bringing bottled water, as onboard tap water may not be chilled. A waterproof camera is a good idea for capturing your adventures!

Space onboard is limited, so large backpacks and suitcases are not permitted. Please bring only a small bag about the size of airline carry-on luggage.
