Operator Cancellations

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time before departure if, due to unavoidable circumstances, it is not viable to operate the tour.

If your tour is cancelled by the operator, you will have the choice of:

<ul>
	<li aria-level="1">Transferring to an alternate date (subject to availability)</li>
	<li aria-level="1">Transferring to an alternate tour of the same or lesser value (subject to availability)</li>
	<li aria-level="1">Receiving a credit note for the paid amount to be used at a later date</li>
	<li aria-level="1">Transferring your booking to another person</li>
	<li aria-level="1">Receiving a full refund of the tour price</li>
</ul>

Customer Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email and will only be effective once you have received written acceptance of the cancellation.

&nbsp;

Cancellation refunds will be issued as follows:

<ul>
	<li aria-level="1">Between 0 (day of tour) and 14 days prior to the tour: no refund</li>
	<li aria-level="1">15 - 30 days prior to the tour: 50% of the tour price and booking fee per person</li>
	<li aria-level="1">31 days or more prior to the tour: 100% of the tour price and booking fee per person</li>
</ul>

Change-of-date refunds will be issued as follows:

<ul>
	<li aria-level="1">Between 0 (day of tour) and 14 days before the tour: $30 transfer fee per participant</li>
	<li>15 days or more before the tour: no transfer fee</li>
</ul>

Yes, you must be over the age of 18 to participate in this tour. Each participant is required to carry photo identification for the duration of the tour.

All the venues we visit are able to cater for a range of dietary requirements and preferences. However, customers should be mindful that this tour includes visits to venues where common allergens, such as nuts, are present. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know how we can accommodate your needs by specifying your requirements at the time of booking or contacting us before your tour date.&nbsp;

Your day begins when your tour guide picks you up from your Noosa accommodation. Once you&#39;ve met up, they&#39;ll brief you on the day&rsquo;s activities, give you your gift bag, and welcome you aboard their air-conditioned tour vehicle to get the adventure rolling!

<h3>First Stop: Padre Coffee</h3>

The specialty coffee roasters at Padre Coffee will supply you with your morning caffeine fix, offering a tasting board of three coffees (espresso, flat white, and batch brew). Don&#39;t drink coffee? No problem! They also have a premium selection of teas and hot chocolates if coffee isn&#39;t your thing.

&nbsp;

After you&#39;ve tasted their delicious beverages, you&#39;ll wander past the production area and view the coffee roasting process. Then, you&#39;ll have time to purchase your favourite fresh blend, some professional coffee-making equipment, or some of their funky merchandise before heading to your next destination.

<h3>Second Stop: The Buderim Ginger Factory</h3>

The next stop on the agenda is The Buderim Ginger Factory, one of the Sunshine Coast&rsquo;s most popular attractions. This charming venue has been delighting visitors for over 40 years and is the world&rsquo;s largest operating ginger factory, producing a vast range of delicious ginger drinks, sweets, spreads, and foods.

&nbsp;

Upon arrival, you&rsquo;ll take a guided tour around the factory to see how their ginger is grown, harvested, and turned into a delicious range of products. Finish the tour with a fresh tasting before exploring the factory&#39;s Ginger Shop, caf&eacute;, ice creamery, and lush sub-tropical gardens.

<h3>Third Stop: Nutworks</h3>

The next stop on the list is Nutworks. Founded in 1993 by four Sunshine Coast macadamia growers who joined forces to grow Australia&rsquo;s best macadamias, this hidden gem is well worth a visit.&nbsp;From its humble beginnings to the present day, this venue is a true success story, now sourcing nuts from over 80 Australian macadamia farms and exporting their produce to 14 countries across the world.&nbsp;

During your tour, you&rsquo;ll see the production process, taste-test some freshly coated chocolate macadamia, and pick up some delicious locally-made souvenirs.

<h3>Final Stop: Noosa Chocolate Factory</h3>

Your last stop is the Noosa Chocolate Factory. Established in 2009, this delightful factory specialises in the art of chocolate panning, a specialised chocolate coating technique that creates a perfectly smooth finish. Their handcrafted chocolates are made onsite from scratch and are 100% palm oil-free. They offer a wide selection of single-origin, single-plantation, and blended slabs as well as chocolate-coated freeze-dried strawberries, macadamias, sultanas, nuts, and more.

Take some time here to watch the production team as they create their delicious products. After watching these expert workers in action, you&#39;ll have a moment to wander around the store, sample some products, and purchase a little sweet treat or two for later.&nbsp;
